The normal maximum riser height is a recommended 7.5 metres (26 feet). The required maximum riser height will always be a factor when calculating load factors. These factors include case wash down, stair lifts (i.e. staggered lifts), numbers and types of fixtures or sinks tied to the system, the size of the store, and possible requirements for future expansion. It is not impossible to achieve higher riser levels than the standard maximum. If this required, the AcornVac Engineering Department will be happy to provide design assistance. |
