All parts are manufactured by AcornVac in the United States and are available for immediate shipment either from the USA or, in most cases, from the UK.

When Acorn Powell Ltd. supplies a system it strongly recommends that a small number of key spare components are also supplied for on-site swap out. It is most important that, if these are used, they are replaced as an insurance against further requirements.

Items judged to be faulty through defect or to be replaced under warranty must be returned to Acorn Powell for inspection and credit or replacement.

Acorn Powell Ltd. keeps an extensive range of parts in stock at its Gloucester headquarters and these are available for priority despatch with overnight delivery to the customer.
