Suggested Maintenance Schedule: The primary service requirements are at the Vacuum Collection Centre pumps. The maintenance schedule varies depending on the type of pump provided as well as the size of the store and the number of run hours on any given pump. For most supermarket installations we recommend a 6 monthly service to include changing of pump filters on the Vac Centre pumps. The first year warranty on systems is dependent upon this servicing schedule being followed. For other systems, again depending on size, location and function, a yearly service interval may be advised. Please refer to the Operation & Maintenance Manual which is supplied with each system Specific maintenance instructions are provided with the Vacuum Collection Center at shipment. The AcornVac valve components have been tested to over a million cycles without failure. Should any problem occur with either a Controller or an Extraction Valve, the component is designed to be easily removed and replaced.
