We are very happy to attend site to discuss major projects but we do not, as a rule, attend site for small projects. We are always happy to offer advice and support. Customers are very welcome to call us and discuss any issues that need resolving We do not provide a call out service and do not support a team of field engineers. We will respond with a visit to resolve a specific problem if it is judged appropriate to do so.
