There are several factors to consider when sizing a system for a store (or any other facility): - Size of the store - heights of ceilings/roof - length of pipe runs and distance of the Vac centre plant room from the shop floor - The number or refrigerated or frozen food cases - Store operational procedures including case wash down - The number of hand wash basins, food preparation or utility sinks and the approximate sizes of each sink - Requirements for appliances such as dishwashers - Any requirements or expectations for future expansion of the store or the equipment tied to the system - Any special requirements, for example: remote alarm notification, historical data acquisition etc. |
