We take our responsibility to our customers' privacy very seriously.
We will never pass your name or details on to any third party except in circumstances where we may be compelled to co-operate with law enforcement agencies.
We will only contact you when there is a need to advise you on matters concerning your account, updating you on an order progress and occasionally sending out notification of product and price changes.
We retain hard copies of invoices for the statutory seven years after which all data is shredded. Delivery notes and correspondence in hard copy are generally destroyed after twelve months. Electronic records are deleted after two years.
If you are concerned with any aspect of the way we treat your data, please do call and advise us of your concerns.
